Modern urban identity

It consists of 4650 residential and hotel units (two hotel towers and three residential towers) in different quality levels (including suites, one to four bedroom duplexes, royal units and the Presidential Palace) and has an approximate area of 560,000 square meters. Due to its height of 250 meters, it is the tallest building on Island and the water park located on the fifty-sixth floor of these towers will be one of the most attractive water games centers in the Middle East. Due to its attractive appearance and location at the entrance to the island from abroad, this building has the potential to become a symbol of the modern urban identity of the island.
